Refreshing Refreshers

My journey through library school has allowed me to diversify my knowledge, taking courses in copyright, metadata, government docs, digitization, etc. I have also been lucky enough to have worked in private/special, public, school, and academic libraries. As I apply for jobs it is often necessary to look back over coursework and assignments. Today I have been jumping into metadata and CONTENTdm all over again. My final project for the class involved cataloging and creating metadata schema for comics.  Here is an example:

Included in this database and project were Optic Nerve, Fantastic Four, and The Daredevil.  It’s always fun when you can blend hobbies into school projects.
